One of Lake Country Builders’ previous Minneapolis clients decided to remodel their lower level. The original space had a large office and open game area with corrugated metal on the walls and ceilings. They wanted to make their lower level a space to have friends and family over all year round, as well as a relaxing place to watch movies and play games. Coming down the stairs from the main level, they’re now greeted by a bar and mini kitchenette that flows into the family and game table space. By doing some amazing space planning, Lake Country was able to fit in all the homeowners’ goals—plus a putting green, an extra bedroom and bath, and an office.
