Jordan Sundberg of Tin Cup Design Co. is more than just an illustrator—she’s also a storyteller and archivist of the seasons. Crafting her works from the North Shore in Duluth, Sundberg’s artistry reminds us to listen to the earth and breathe with Mother Nature. Her digital collage pieces (which complement styles ranging from cabin chic to modern nursery) begin on paper—and a lot of it. Next, each watercolor, ink blot, and scribble is scanned into a computer where the individual elements are “cut” and layered to create her sweet scenes of life. Each piece is not only a moment in time, but also a lesson to pause and reflect upon our surroundings.
