As we embark on yet another holiday season, businesses are gearing up for the influx of homeowners seeking holiday home decor. This year, Bachman’s has built its own winter wonderland, showcasing themed decorations and other home items for customers to tour. Bachman’s is a family-owned floral, home, and garden destination offering plants and other home decor across the metro. “Holiday Ideas & Inspiration for the Home Tour” is hosted at its store on Lyndale Avenue, bringing its seasonal “Ideas House” to life and presenting current seasonal items and trends. The self-guided tour includes access to display rooms and styled vignettes. For outdoor inspiration, there is a collection of front porch displays including twinkling lights, spruce tops, and other festive accents.
The tour is open daily until Dec. 11 and costs $5. Tickets are available online or on site and 20% of the proceeds go to the Minnesota Children’s Hospital Association, a group of volunteers dedicated to raising funds for programs and services at Children’s Minnesota. Self-guided tours begin every 30 minutes to ensure visitors have ample time to explore. Almost all items from the tour are for sale on a first-come basis to make re-creation of the displays possible in your own home.
