If you’re ready to rethink your living room, home office, bedroom, or kitchen, be sure to shop the Minnesota chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers’ (ASID-MN) annual Sample Sale on September 16 and 17 at International Market Square. ASID-MN, a nonprofit organization, organizes and hosts the sale as one of its biggest fundraisers.
The sale takes place this year on Friday, September 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, September 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale is open to the public with free parking and free admission. Credit cards only: No checks or cash accepted.
Luxury, one-of-a-kind home items including lighting, rugs, designer furniture, unique home décor, small home accessories, and more are up to 80% off retail prices. While items vary from year to year, designers including Bernhardt Furniture, Hickory Chair, RLH Studio, and HI Gallery are always a sure bet.
Designer merchandise in IMS showrooms is usually only available for purchase by trade designers. ASID-MN’s Sample Sale offers a great opportunity to snag beautiful home items at deeply discounted prices. For a first look at some of the items that will be available, see below.
