Before
This mid 1980s house on Lake Minnetonka was in need of a full home makeover. Xpand, Inc. and its partners came in and transformed this outdated house by adding square footage to both the front and rear of the home.
After
The small kitchen was moved from the street side to the lake side to increase its size and add a custom walk-in pantry. The team also took two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor and turned it into the master suite, with a beautiful custom bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The project also included adding a new main floor laundry and luxurious powder bathroom, a custom wine room in the kitchen, a wet bar, and a vaulted front porch with wood ceiling and a reclaimed chandelier.

A custom steel beam was installed on the staircase to create unobstructed site lines from the front door to the scenic lake out back.
