My ticket says it's for Saturday, October 6. Does that mean I can only use my ticket on Saturday, October 6?
No, tickets are good for the length of the tour: October 6 & 7. This ticket can be exchanged for a passport at the first home visited. The passport is then used to enter the other homes on the tour.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Transportation is not provided for this event. Street parking will be available on a first come, first served basis.
What am I allowed to bring in the home?
No bare feet, shoes, strollers or cameras are allowed in the homes. Additionally, homes may not be handicap accessible. No strollers are allowed in the homes. Shoes must removed before entry; a bag will be provided to carry your shoes while touring the home. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the homes.
At what age do I need to have a ticket?
All children ages 5 and older are required to have a ticket.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds are not being issued at this time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You may either bring your ticket or show your ticket on your phone to the attendent at the first home. This will then be exchanged for a passport that will serve as your entry pass for the other homes on the tour.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name on the ticket does not need to match the attendee.
