Although this home was built in 2018 and is only three years old, Shelter Construction was brought on board to add outdoor features that would increase the property’s value. The client wanted to complement the home’s design through its landscaping, streamlining its best and most attractive features to create a maintenance-free space that was also a main feature of the home. Shelter created a three-section deck complete with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, catwalk, hot tub, and seating area on the lower level. A set of double doors leads to the expansive outdoor oasis where beautiful wall sconces illuminate a grilling area that features chiseled-edge countertops and a two-drawer cabinet.
