JAMES MCNEAL ARCHITECTURE & Design and DreamTrace have teamed up to bring two conceptual home experiences in virtual reality to the Luxury Home Tour. Located at DreamTrace’s headquarters in Roseville, tours of the virtual homes will take place on the hour, every hour of the Luxury Home Tour. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to reserve your space for the tours, as there is a limited capacity for each time slot.

This sustainably minded property was designed to capture the natural beauty of its surroundings. Built near a heavily secluded wooded area and wetland (with access to a lake), it is a nature lover’s paradise. The most striking feature of the home, according to the designers, is the stone piers that suspend volumes of glass between them, creating the interior space.This element is closely rivaled by a cantilevered deck and pool oriented toward the wetland. Inside, the abode’s large glass walls create an abundance of natural light, and wood elements provide warmth and contrast to stone features.

This organic design takes advantage of its unique landscape, situated near wetlands. Its stone, wood, and metal siding gives the home a sleek and modern look. Designers integrated the indoor and outdoor spaces to create beautiful places to dwell, including a lower-level terrace with a water feature and rooftop deck with a sustainable garden. The abode’s open-concept floor plan allows for easy flow throughout as well as wetland views from every angle.
