BEFORE: The dated basement had an inefficient layout with the bathroom on the opposite side of the house from the guest bedroom. Storage space was limited and confined to one room.

AFTER: The mackmiller design+build team installed gorgeous custom frameless European cabinets, relocated and enlarged the bathroom, converted a storage room to the workout room, and created game table space.

MUST-SEE FEATURES: The sleek, shallow-looking media wall conceals deep rollout storage. The rare Mocha River granite with petrified black ferns and leaves adds a compelling texture to the kitchenette counter. In the bathroom, see the uniquely hand-sponged silver ceiling, and in the game table area, notice the ledge stone fireplace and the bar pendants and game table light, all handmade by Hubbardton Forge.
