To what do you attribute your company’s success?
We pride ourselves in listening between the lines to understand exactly what it is our clients are looking for, then provide several solutions that to fit that desired look or design. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” blueprint.
How can a prospective client make sure they’re comparing apples to apples when receiving different quotes?
We work directly with the client and architect to establish a preliminary estimate based on early design concepts and material selections. We have an open-book pricing policy to be as transparent and helpful as possible.
What advice do you have for someone who will be building for the first time and feeling overwhelmed with the whole process?
Try not to over-think everything. And if you’re really stuck on a decision during the process, ask the architect, builder, or designer for suggestions. We’ve worked on hundreds of projects and make tough decisions every day. We’re here to help you.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
My father. I grew up in the building industry and learned from his wealth of knowledge and experience. He taught me the skills needed to build solid, quality homes that I can be proud to put my name on, and the importance of building client relationships.
