EHR’s recent 4,500-square-foot new build in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis boasts extraordinary attention to detail and breathtaking curb appeal. With a stucco exterior, large windows, and a distinctive design, this modern French Tudor is truly stupéfiant, meaning “breathtaking” in French.
Immediately inside the front doors, the foyer leads into a welcoming great room that features wood beams, arches, and a wood-burning fireplace. To the left lies a custom railing and wood stairs, and to the right, a quaint sitting space overlooks the front steps. Across the main level, white oak floors and accents take the forefront, creating a cohesive feel throughout. The kitchen spotlights a luxury marble backsplash, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a wine room. The primary bath features marble as well, accompanied by gold fixtures and a spacious, freestanding bathtub. Some other coveted features include custom glass doors in the sunroom, custom doorway arches, and heated basement floors.
Murphy’s vision and market knowledge inspired the project’s design, bringing the homeowners’ visions to life. With the help of the design team’s attention to detail and Cornelius’ vast knowledge of the construction process—combined with a passion for building quality homes—the EHR Construction team created a dream oasis.
