2020 Builder Preview: Kootenia Homes

For more than 50 years, Kootenia has built a legacy of more than 1,000 successful projects and countless delighted clients in communities including Grant, Woodbury, North Oaks, Stillwater, Afton, Lino Lakes, and White Bear Lake. The custom home building team completes about 12 luxury homes a year in addition to renovation services. No matter the project, clients meet directly with David Frosch, the president and owner, to collaborate on a design of their dreams.

Kootenia is family-owned and operated— indeed, Frosch’s son, Steve, came aboard in 2013 and works as the vice president of construction—but it’s not just the names of the people that make for a true family business.
