Hendel Homes

Who We Are:

Hendel Homes is a new construction and residential remodeling leader in the Midwest design community. By fostering meaningful partnerships between clients, architects, designers, and tradespeople, we create homes of uncompromising excellence, always. Through thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and innovative technology, we provide unparalleled architectural details while staying within budget and on schedule.

Our Background:

Rick Hendel’s original plan was to pursue a degree in medicine. However, while working in the construction industry one summer, he so thoroughly enjoyed his experience that he switched gears to studying architecture and construction. In 1997, he started Hendel Homes. His wife, Amy, not only heads up the marketing department at Hendel, but also adds valuable design expertise to the process, while clients appreciate Rick’s passion for building beautiful residences with the highest value, architectural authenticity, and craftsmanship. He is committed to creating one-of-a-kind, timeless designs while maintaining integrity through every aspect of the process.

Keys to Success:

Our process and our product make us noticeably different. We understand the value of high-end products and architecture and how to carefully implement those details. We lead the construction process, communicate effectively, implement quality, and deliver exceptional homes.

The Hendel Team:

Each project has its own team of Hendel players supporting the homeowner(s): a project manager with more than 30 years experience in high-end construction, a project administrator supporting the PM, and an on-site superintendent. This team approach, along with the expertise of Rick and Amy, provide our clients with a thorough, collaborative approach.

“The depth of commitment and detail that each member of our team gives to every project—living and breathing it—is just part of who we are.”
