If you’re planning a new home improvement project or just looking for some fresh inspiration, don’t miss out on the local home shows happening this month. Hosted by Marketplace Events, each of these exhibitions features hundreds of vendors who will showcase their latest products and design work through contests, displays, presentations, and more. This year, each show will also include a new promotional day, Trade Day, where attendees will be able to ask contractors questions on all their projects. Check out the
new highlights below.

The Minneapolis Home + Remodeling Show: Browse more than 250 resources and vendors including a special display of ottomans and accompanying décor down the main aisle of U.S. Bank Stadium, or participate in a “Make It, Take It” project where you can create your own personal plant arrangement, thanks to Carver Junk Company’s onsite succulent bar. (Jan. 25-27, minneapolishomeandremodelingshow.com)

The St. Paul Home + Landscape Show: Previously the Minnesota Home + Patio Show, this year’s show will celebrate both its 40th anniversary and first year being hosted by Marketplace Events at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. This year’s celebrity guest will be John Gidding, who will discuss the latest and greatest in design trends. (Feb. 15-17, stpaulhomeandlandscapeshow.com)

Minneapolis Home + Garden Show: New floral design displays and demos and seven themed gardens by local landscapers are just a sampling of the horticultural attractions that will be showcased at the Minneapolis Convention Center. There will also be a special glamping feature courtesy of SnowTrekker Tents, the 612 Sauna Society, and Pottery Barn, as well as a “Deck Wars” display competition between five different deck companies.
