Furniture plays a pivotal role in transforming spaces from ordinary to extraordinary, and that’s exactly what Timber & Tulip strives for in each of its one-of-a-kind designs. The company, founded by Owner and Designer Brianne Rasmussen in 2016, has made it its mission to infuse every space with a distinctive personality.

After years of success in the online market, Timber & Tulip has taken a bold step forward by opening its very own brick-and-mortar location in the heart of Wayzata. “I have always had a brick-and-mortar in the back of my mind as a possibility for Timber & Tulip,” she says, “but it wasn’t until earlier this year that it felt like the right timing, both personally and professionally.”

The Wayzata shop is open now, with the much-anticipated grand opening ceremony happening Nov. 16-19. At the celebration, guests can expect a handful of events, promotions, and giveaways. Rasmussen explains, “I have always loved downtown Wayzata and felt it was a perfect location for the brand.” Situated in close proximity to Wayzata’s renowned shops and restaurants, it’s perfectly positioned to become the city’s newest design hub.

With the new showroom comes an expanded range of products and services, including Timber & Tulip exclusive designs encompassing everything from dining tables to nightstands. Other offerings include furniture upholstery, lighting, rugs, and decor items—all designed to cater to every corner of your home. Rasmussen is excited about the possibilities the new space brings, stating, “We have expanded our product offerings substantially with this new location, so we now offer a top-to-bottom furnishing assortment.” Anything in the store can be purchased for immediate delivery or can be custom ordered to match customer specifications.

Visit the showroom to browse products on the floor or schedule a complimentary design consultation—offered via phone, in-store, or in-home.
