American Pottery Festival

This 25th annual fundraiser event gathers ceramic artists from across the country. The festival provides visitors the opportunity to engage directly with artists during image presentations, workshops, lectures, panel discussions, and gallery chats. On Friday, Sept. 8, the opening night party will showcase over 1,000 unique pottery pieces. All money raised at the event supports Northern Clay Center’s mission of advancing ceramic arts through education, exhibitions, scholarships, and grant programs. Brooke & Lou Fall Warehouse Sale

Hosted by Bria Hammel Interiors and Brooke & Lou, this season’s warehouse sale is the perfect place to shop deeply discounted home products. In addition to standard home decor and furnishings, the sale also includes pieces from the brand’s new holiday collection, including decorations, tree accessories, wreaths, tabletop pieces, and more. Returning this month to International Market Square, the two-day sample sale offers great deals on designer furniture and accessories (50-80% off retail price). Jackalope: Indie Artisan Fair

At this “community-meets-artisan event,” the focus is bringing makers and their local communities together. Featuring over 100 locally curated artisans and makers, the fair features trendsetting indie goods in fashion, jewelry, home decor and housewares, art, photography, and more. AIA Minnesota Homes by Architects Tour

This year’s tour showcases 15 homes in a range of project types, budgets, and styles—11 in-person and four virtually. Fall Fest

Bachman’s on Lyndale is hosting a festive fall event this month with shopping, music, and food and beverage vendors on-site. Locally grown mums and other fall favorites will be available to browse in the greenhouse, while music, fall treats, and live chalk art by Allison Severson and Shawn McCann are presented outside.
