Background
Gary Kraemer and his late father John founded John Kraemer & Sons in 1978. We are proud of the fact that our builder’s license number is BC001408, one of the lowest in the industry today. We have never gone out of business, reorganized, or changed ownership.
Key to Success
We feel that the close supervision of projects is a key ingredient to our success. We have 15 job superintendents on staff, ensuring our clients will have a staff member who is 100 percent dedicated to their project. Many other builders have superintendents who manage five to seven projects at any given time.
Awards
We are the Twin Cities’ only four-time Builder of the Year Award recipient (1999, 2009, 2013, and 2017), an honor that is given each year to the builder who best exhibits trust, ethics, and customer satisfaction in the industry. We have also won 23 Contractor of the Year Awards, along with numerous Reggie, Trillium, and Remodeler of Merit Awards.
