Northern Grade Minnesota: After first popping up in Northeast Minneapolis in 2010, the roving handcrafted marketplace for U.S.-made goods known as Northern Grade is back for another hometown edition. This time, it’s headed to the open-air Holidazzle festival in Loring Park with 23 vendors for a two-day event.
