Chef Camp at Wilson & Willy’s: Knife Sharpening & Care Workshop: In anticipation of Chef Camp‘s summer retreat at Lake Superior in September, Minneapolis retailer shop Wilson & Willy’s is hosting a three-part series of workshops to bring the Northwoods experience to the North Loop. The series continues with a class on knife sharpening and care led by Chef Camp instructor Nick Zdon. (Attendees should bring their own knife.)
