Another retail refugee from the suburbs will open in Minneapolis’s North Loop this summer. Russell + Hazel, most recently in a storefront in Edina’s Galleria, will move into the Northwestern Building on N. 2nd Street.
The shop will feature interior design by Greg Walsh of MartinPatrick3 as well as R+H’s signature office supplies. The stylish binders, journals, jotters, notecards, and file folders will be more customizable than ever: Customers who walk in with a design idea can specify foil-stamping and debossing options of their choice. Additional offerings: a curated collection of indie-made throws, candles, and desktop planters—as well as hair and skin-care products. The new R+H also promises an “LA celebrity stylist” and a two-chair studio offering cut and color services.
The store will be part of the neighborhood’s date nights, fashion shows, and other cultural events. russellandhazel.com
