Bambino Décor, the children’s design and furnishings studio that opened last year at 50th and France, recently announced a new arrival of its own: an online registry for design-conscious parents to-be.
Shop owner Trina Eibon will work with expectant parents to design a personalized mood board, fusing their product selections with her interior design expertise. She aims to help streamline the design-inspiration process for couples overwhelmed by choices.
The registry offers gift-wrapping, a purchase function that splits cost among buyers, well as the option to ship a product or pick it up in the store. After the baby is born, items remaining on the registry are available to the parents at a discount.
